Name at schoolJulie Bonnarens (1988)What have you been doing since school?I left at the end of year 6 in 1982, as my parents moved us to Windsor. No other school compares to Covenant I felt and had a deep longing always to return. The love you felt everyday from all students and teachers was the best school years of my life.So much has happened since 1982, my parents moved us all over the place before I completed my HSC, went to university, traveled through Europe, married had two awesome children (girl & boy) and now run with my husband our own Law Firm. Funniest school memory? The whole school had to put a hand print & their name in fresh concrete near a drain and it was to mark a special day. My hand print was going fine until they told a few of us to keep our hands their untill the concrete set a little more, and the teacher would come back. I think it was a long coffee break because the concrete set before he came back and we had a lot of trouble getting our hands out! Most memorable moment? When they put in the big slipery dip. that day was so hot it burnt your bottom going down!Favourite teacher and why?I had the same teacher in year 4 &5 but my year 6 teacher was a really nice person. What I loved about Covenant?I have the most wonderful memories, all to hard to write down at this moment. I recently bumped into a parent at my childrens school and was so excited he went to Covenant to but could not remember me!My company websitehttp://www.resolutelawyers.com.auMy myspace linkMy linkedin |
